This is a delicious cocktail from the 1930s and gave Lisa the chance to use the lovely Calvados from her travels to Normandy last November.
Into a shaker half-filled with ice add:
1 oz Calvados (or Applejack)
1 oz gin
1 oz apricot brandy
1oz orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
Give it a good shake, then strain into a cocktail glass.
To garnish, add a drizzle of Grenadine and sink a cocktail cherry into the glass.
